Ultima-Caber is prescribed for certain hormonal issues, specifically those involving excessive prolactin levels. The medication helps to lessen or stop breast milk production, with the exception of the postpartum period. Additionally, Ultima-Caber can be employed in treating Parkinson's disease, tumors that produce prolactin, and in balancing hormone levels for specific conditions such as ovarian disorders. It may also assist in addressing erectile dysfunction.

 

Ultima-Caber is taken orally two times a week. The dosage is typically modified every four weeks based on prolactin level blood tests. Adhere to all provided instructions.

 

Before beginning treatment with Ultima-Caber, inform your doctor of your medical background, including any allergies (particularly to medications), liver conditions, mental health issues, uncontrolled hypertension, or high blood pressure experienced during pregnancy. It’s advisable to limit alcohol intake as it could heighten the side effects of Caber. Exercise caution when engaging in activities that require mental alertness, such as driving. To prevent dizziness and lightheadedness when getting up from a sitting or lying position, rise slowly. It's unclear if Ultima-Caber passes into breast milk. Due to potential risks to infants, breastfeeding while taking Dostinex is not advised.
